Kath Scott

I started with Striders in April 2013 as a non runner, I wanted to get fit, loose weight and meet some new people. At first I found it very difficult but I perseviered and discovered I could do far more than I ever expected and I actually enjoyed running. After completing my leaders course in 2014 I joined the committee later the same year.

With Striders help I have completed numerous events from 5K up to half marathon distance.
