Another week, another leg of the East Midlands cross country series and another big turnout of Newark Striders. The Holme Pierrepont course was less hilly than last week’s but was muddier and more slippery. Meanwhile in York, Anthea Moisey was competing in the Brass Monkey half marathon. Anthea is in fantastic form right now and her time of 2:24:27 was a massive new PB and smashed the sub 2:30 that she was hoping for.

Well done everyone.
